Up spool holder

Replacement for the original Up spool holder.
I first tried to print the one from 3Dprintergear, but some adjustments were required to fit my UP Plus 2 perfectly.

Edit 2015/11/16: I noticed that filament could go out of the holder, so I added an optional part to prevent this. Install it like on the picture and your filament will stop runing away.
