Bobu-San

Bobu-san is the second son of Sanetomo Yamatoneko Amatsu Hitsugi, most respected, of the northern mountains in Japan. Bobu-san's grandfather was rumoured to have incredible strength. Bobu-san learned early on the arts of Jujutsu, Kenjutsu, and bamboo fish cooking. He is a fearsome warrior, and he can also shoot fireballs from his hands.
Bobu-san is most welcome everywhere he goes, because of his great respect, and he travels widely (and stealthily). He is often seen laughing heartily with the villagers at local inns. And often not seen hiding skilfully in the forest.
Bobu-San emerged triumphantly from a google warehouse model http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=9e18fae12cb773e85b68bbb17a3f1530&ct=mdsa from the lustrous JAOG, who lists 'Vulcanizing' as his occupation/hobby/corporation, and makes some truly kick ass anime models, which are tremendous cool.
Intented to be a quick and clean netfabb.com job, Bobu-San is a fearsome warrior and battled us nigh in to the evenings in a week long hack-n-slash in Meshlab, Sketchup and Netfabb.
Bobu-san does not waste time, he has been trimmed (mostly) of overhangs, and is designed to print well at 0% infill and a wall thickness of 1.5mm or so.
The joints have just been poorly patched on, they are Ball and Socket with Hole by araspitfire
Every vertex and edge in Bobu-san has been rotated unevenly, and sworn at creatively, via Sketchup.
There are no guarantees in Bobu-sans world, oh no, the life of a lustrous ninja is so often fraught with nefarious affray. But we may all eat on hardy fish, and laugh loudly together beside the peaceful river in the end.
