Infect/poison Counter

For Reddit! and Magic: the Gathering. The bar in the center is three pieces and required some filing before I could fit them in place and glue them together.

--Added an updated version. Larger arrows, dots at 0 and 10, and should be a better fit center bar is only 2 pieces now.
