Please note the STLs are full size so you can scale them as you like!

I find it best to print the body parts separately and the chassis as one. I have included a cab in one piece in case that works better for you. There is also a cab 2 with stiffer grill and windscreen centre post. These are the most brittle parts so you might find this helpful (which is why both are broken on the model in the photos!). If you want separate chassis parts and don't have sketchup give me a shout and I'll split this up.

I find the wheels print best horizontally on my printer but come out a little thin so the wheels are artificially thick in the model. I have tried and failed to get enough detail to do tread so the tyres are somewhat bald.

I have included the sketchup file though I need to use netfabb to clean up most of the STLs, I need to try and clean the model up a bit to reduce this.

None the less the model builds pretty well in 1:48th and I have built several so far.

I have addresses the unequal spacing of the fillers on the trailer and lengthened the fifth wheel overhang a little, I may be tempted to add a trailer stand should you want it minus a tractor unit

This is still a work in progress as I add more bodies and refine the printing but any feedback appreciated and any photos printed in a different scale would be really good!

The wires are for LED headlamps btw, a 3mm hole and some fiddling and a 3mm led goes in without too much trouble! I use 2mm for the rear lights

The mirrors are just bent wire with plasticard mirrors, I have tried and I simply cannot print mirrors in 1:48th!
