I got this STL starting up from a SVG file and completed it using Tinkercad.

Instructions

I recommend to print it using from 4 to 6 perimeters and high infill level because this design is flat and quite slim.

Try to best fit the STL files in your printer to get the larger print as you can. It's nice to use it as decoration in your wall.

As you can see it requies no supports at all. I sliced it using kisslicer.
