Summary

Enjoy this anemometer featured with a little bicycle.
Each part has been designed by me, it moves with few wind, I know it's useless but it's nice to watch it moving
Central shaft is in carbon fiber to avoid any issue with PLA material.
you need a ball bearing to let the anemometer move around and another one for central blade.
Gears designed with Blender, all remaining parts using Autodesk Fusion 360

Instructions

Before you start it is advisable to polish all holes and gears(most important) depending on the quality of your 3D printing.

You can start assembling 01-Blade_base and 02-Blade (3 pieces).
Put a ball bearing in the back hole and then attach (with some glue) 03-Blade_base gear as shown in the image
You need a 16cm shaft with 4mm diameter, up to you the material (I used a carbon fiber one). As locking device for the blade I inserted clothespin used for RC cars :)
Then insert 09-support and then 10-upper_pivot in the center of the shaft.
You can now insert 12-rudder. Put some glue to avoid any movement.
Under 10-upper_pivot you need a ball bearing, then insert from the bottom 11-bottom_pivot which needs to be inserted in a separated pole of 16cm height or more

Now you can separately assembly the bicycle.
take 04-Chassis_bicyclette, polish all holes, and insert in the front hole 08-Front_gear, at the opposite side insert 05-Wheel. As linchpin I used a toothpick. Do the same operation on the rear using 06-rear_gear and 05-wheel. Now insert in the central hole 07-Central_gear with 13-Pedal. Bicycle is now completed

Verify that gears move freely without any interruption or force.
Insert the completed bicycle in 09-support and as shown in the image (joint should be in the center of the bicycle). Looking from the top, apply a very little angle of counterclockwise inclination.
Place the blade in a way that 08-front_gear is close to 03-Blade_base gear and blade moves fluently.
Once correct movement has been verified put some glue on 09-support.

Now enjoy the wind with a moving bicycle going nowhere! :)
