Summary

A very useful and handy vise for small objects. A 3D printed copy of the one a made for my milling machine.

Instructions

Use infill as high as possible to strength results. You must print two vise_plate part. It is used to compensate the anisotropy of the 3D printing and permit the jaws to be more tight.

The vise_jaw1 is fixed to the base with a 4mmx40mm screw. It can be printed with the base by once but I think that screw is necessary to avoid the layers to broke when the jaws where forced. A 4mmx40mm screw is used in the moved vise_jaw2.

I suggest use pla once abs is just a bit too flexible.

A add the openscad files as requested but the coding is too messy. Sorry by that.
