Blade 350QX Taller Landing Gear Elevator

Inspired by, and based on the 350QX elevator skid at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:465956 by mwm, this version adds a little more height, providing further clearance for an Olympus Camera.

Total height is about 27.5 mm, or just over 1 inch.
