Summary

This is an adjustable picture hanger, to be combined with:

a nail whose shank can fit through the nail holder part and whose head can fit through the screw hole (not the nut)
a #8 square nut
a #8 machine screw
a 3M Command strip, large size

You'll need two of these hangers attached to a wall, with the nails pointing up, to hang a picture. The screws let you adjust how far the nails stick out and you can adjust them until the picture frame is perfectly level.
