Magnetic Keychain-Coupling

This is my first thing i upload here... also my first work in FreeCAD (Installed 2h prior). So please give ideas on what to optimize and how to do better. I am a bloody beginner in this matter...

It is a 2-part magnetic coupling intended to use with 2 rings.
Originally designed for archery (Arrow-puller is handy to be had at hand), but can be used for everything that incorporates 2 keyrings and need a quick magnetic coupling. Even 2 strings like paracords should work. Havent tested that and the hole may be a bit small. Can provide other hole-sizes (up to 6mm diameter) if necessary.

The hole for the magnets is 10.0mm in diameter and made for 3mm thick magnets. The magnets don't touch: they are separated by 0.5mm so they don't shatter upon contact.
Since i am waiting for my magnets to arrive, i am unsure if i need to allow for a bigger (+0.2mm) hole and glue the magnets in... Will adjust if necessary and the magnets are a tad bigger than the 10.0mm. Time will tell.

UPDATE:
I realized, that the tight fit for the magnet may not be the best option: Glue has no place, Magnets may be a bit bigger, print a bit smaller... and you end in a big problem assembling it.
Also in a testprint, i realized, that the sloped contact-face may not be the best choice: It tends to slip. By checking out other magnet-couplings, i saw, that most have a 90°-Face (plug in tube) philosophy.
So i added a Version 2. Changes against V1:

  • 90°-Connect instead of 45°
  • Hole of magnet allows for 0.5mm space around the magnet for glue and tolerances
  • The connecting plug and the tube also have 0.25mm spacing (radius) for a looser connect and therefore easier disconnect (allows for some angle of disconnect)
