Silent 40mm Fan Mount, 3D Positionable (e.g. for Ramps and Prusa Mendel)

Fan mount which allows the fan to be tilted in all directions.
The fan also is decoupled via rubber bands to reduce noise and vibrations.

I prited it with a 0.5mm nozzle and 0.24mm layer height.
