Summary

This is a replacement kog for the game KogWorks.

We lost a kog so I designed a printable one. Now I just need to colour match the filament...

How I Designed This

The workflow for this was a bit ridiculous.

I tried scanning and photographing the kog but shadows kept getting in the way of a clear outline.
I was able to trace one tooth and part of the central hole in Gimp. I saved this part out.
I used GeoGebra to find the center of the hole and copy-rotate the tooth around.
I traced the image with Inkscape and saved out the DXF.
Finally used OpenSCAD to extrude the DXF.
