Improved Tamiya Tracked Vehicle Chassis Kit with suspensions

The design allows the road wheels to pivot on a central point and makes use of the tension in the tracks to act as a spring. The new chassis is also designed to accommodate the battery, which fits nicely under the back axis. The chassis (unlike the wooden one) is also designed to fit within the tracks so that the vehicle can climb over higher objects without getting stuck. Note that 6 holes need to be drilled in the piece to fix the gearbox and back axis (will try to fix this in update, but this is my first design so I kept it simple).

This replaces the wooden piece in the kit.
