Summary

A BNI Trophy for the best 60 second commercial. When I won the trophy the first time, it was missing in action, so I designed and printed this one to deliver to the next weeks winner.

First one at 20% broke when someone dropped it.  At 50%, so far so good.</p></div>

How I Designed This

Designed of the top of the head with Solid works. The base is just a rectangle, front sloped back just a bit so the lettering wouldn't need supports. Several planes layered vertically, then lofts from the base to different size circles. Finally a swept boss for the handle then mirrored for the other side.
