Karambit CS:GO Knife (Repaired+No Jimping+Float)

Rework of Psych0o's rework of Herman_Lundgren's knife. Removed jimping on spine and ring/pommel, which was causing a disturbing amount of oscillation on a Lulzbot Mini. Additionally added a few thin rectangles (virtually unprintable) 1.5mm underneath the part, forcing Cura to generate a 1.5mm layer of support structure "raft" underneath.

Stippling is recommended to take the place of the jimping.

Your support structure infill choice may affect how this part works out. If you don't want to use the float, print the part upside down if you want, or sink the part 1.5mm into the bed if your program allows it.
