MakerGear M2 filament drive adjusted to fit J-Head hotend

I've attempted to adjust the MakerGear M2 filament drive to fit a J-Head hotend. I've not tested this yet, but thought I'd share anyway.

MakerGear hotends and J-Head hotends are a bit different. The push fit section diameters are 16.5mm and 12.5mm on the MakerGear, and 16mm and 12mm on the J-Head. The push fit sections are also different length, with the MakerGear sections being 5mm and 5mm respectively, while the J-Head lengths are 4.8mm and 4.6mm, respectively.

I based this off the STEP part on MakerGear's M2 github site.

Version 2:

Add on the little bit of layer around the edges where necessary, and make a suitable depression to fit the 4.6mm push fit small diameter of the j-head, rather than cutting off the entire base - in case there are other dependencies.

Old version:

Opened in FreeCAD and initially cut away some of the base so that the lower section was 4.6 instead of 5mm.

Finally filled in the push fit/groove mount details, and cut them back out again with the correct diameters: 16mm and 12mm. The top section of the push fit is still 5mm tall instead of 4.8mm, but that should be ok.
