Carbon Air Filter
I was getting affected by ABS fumes so spent a bit of time looking for a good/cheap activated carbon air filter. I decided on this automotive one for under US$8. The only downside was it was bigger than my print bed.
So I needed a holder and something to mount a fan on, and I needed to chop it up to fit on my 155x155 (6") printbed.
So here is the full model and the four cut-up STLs along with the OpenSCAD file. Designed for the above filter and a 120mm fan.
Generally parametric so you can build your own if needed. This was the genesis for my FanLib OpenSCAD Library, see it here, you will need it if you want to edit it, change fan sizes, or adapt to another filter size.
p.s. should also do as a soldering filter, but not tested yet.
I've been using this for many months and it has prevented my previous nose/sinus issues. Very happy with results.
