CF High vacuum flange templates

I'm reconditioning a Scanning Electron Microscope and need to quickly find out what type of flange or mounting each joint uses. There's about 3 standards in use, and it's not always clear what type of joint a fitting uses. Also, the hole patterns can vary so they're not a good guide. I could order one of each size copper gasket to keep as a reference, but they're fairly expensive so I was loathe to do that.
These lasercut pieces are based off the size info here: http://www.mbe-komponenten.de/customer-info-and-service/flange-gasket.php
and are replicas of the copper gaskets used for CF and CF/L joints.
By placing it on the flange I can see if it's the right size, and then order the appropriate (semi)expensive copper gasket to suit the equipment.
