Summary

I wanted an easy way to cut different sizes of heat shrink tubing to precise lengths.
Adjustable fence up to 50mm with holes for up to 10mm diameter sleeving

How I Designed This

To make this you will need 2 springs, 15mm long would be perfect.
You will also need two M5 screws, M5x40mm is perfect for 15mm springs
You will also need a Stanley knife blade.
After printing, insert the blade in to the base and push the blade holder on to the top of the blade, it should be a tight fit.
The 2 holes in the base need to be tapped M5 for the screws, insert the screws in to the blade holder, add the springs and screw the assembly down to the base until the edge of the blade is safely within the body
The fence was tapped M3 and I used an M3x6mm screw to lock the fence in position
