Fan duct Greg's Extruder J-Head V2.0

A new and more simple version of my other fan duct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:116490)

This is more useful because the amount of air is bigger and the hotend and the extruder are refrigerated at the same time.

It's also for a 50mm fan.
