Panavise 2 GoPro Adapter

This is a slight improvement over the original version by @tomerna, with:

• Larger diameter holes, the original version was binding for me and required twisting the screw in versus just pushing.

• More rounded overall shaped and a few key fillets leading to stronger part overall.

• Wider contact point on the outside "finger" closest to the thumb screw, original version kept breaking for me.

• Recessed thumb screw receiver for added rigidity and tighter fit. Also so that you can actually use the included thumbscrew which is not that long.

*Add a 5mm, preferably Nylock nut to complete.

4th picture shows evolution of the design, with the first being @tomerna's original, second one my first prototype (not posted, still has a weak finger on one of the sides) and the final.

The white ring on the final black part is due to a slight rubbing on the Panavise when installed, not a printing error. Should be fine though.
