Summary

I have searched this adapter on Thingiverse, but I didn't find one. So I desinged my own adapter.
You can modify and optimize like you want, feel free.
It is not perfect, but it does the job pretty well.

I have add a flange to mount it in my mini table saw which is coming soon.
It is a whitworth thread, BSF 3/4" with a pitch of 2.11mm thats equal to 12 turns per Inch.
The outer diameter is 25mm.
