Summary

This is a tray for 12 50mm bottles to be laser-cut from two kinds of 3mm acrylic.

It uses no glue, screws or any other parts.

Instructions

Preparation:

Check that you're using a material with the correct thickness. Otherwise you'll have to rework all 3mm slots.
Use the "top" file to cut the parts that are clear acrylic in my pictures. Use the "bottom" file for the black parts. If you'r printer does not ignore the orange part of the drawing, delete them first!
Most slots have some bumps in them that allow for machining tolerances. Check them with a piece of the target material (check assembly instructions to see which slots take which color material). You will find that it won't quite fit. That is normal. Use a fine file to file the bumps down until there slots are just tight. Don't force the pieces into the slots---this will result in cracks.

To assemble:

Identify the upper (w/ holes) and lower (w/o holes) tray boards, the inner (2 slots) and outer (2 cutouts) handles, and 2 (identical) stabilization strips.
Slide both tray boards into their slots of both inner handles.
Put both stabilization strips into their little slots beneath the lower tray. Note: These will bend a little after assembly. This is intended.
Slide the outer handles in from the top. This will lock the whole thing in place.
You're done.
