Modified battery dispenser base

I have migrated to Printables because of the security and UX issues here at Thingiverse. You can find this model here:

A battery dispenser base with two extra internal tabs for better support of the lower part of the top lid.

For 18350 battery, set scale to 0.7 x 1.3 x 1.3.
For 18490/18500, set to 1 x 1.3 x 1.3.
For 18650, set to 1.3 x 1.3 x 1.3.
