Tilt Tablet Stand Base - Better M5 fit

A version of tablet-stand-base.stl (01-08-13), with holes for the M5 nuts tightened up to prevent spinning. I tweaked the original with MeshMixer.

base2.stl which was originally here had some self-intersection problems.

base2v4.stl is my second attempt at editing an STL file, this time I used FreeCAD and the final mesh had no self-intersection and printed great.

We do not speak of base2v2 or base2v3.
