This is a holder for a well nut to prevent banding on Solidoodles with the aluminium bed. No screws required! (I left the holes just in case)

This is untested, but should work now!

Insert well nut (5/16-in-18 x 3/4-in Rubber Standard (SAE) Well Nut: http://www.lowes.com/pd_137185-37672-880512_0__?productId=3012496)
Slide down the z threaded rod.
Slide the two large brace rods in the holes, they will be a tight fit!
Insert the thinner two braces on top of the large braces. These will likely need to be sanded down to fully slide through. (Again, a very tight fit)
Insert paper or any other sliced material inbetween the two sheets to create pressure holding the well nut down.

There must be adequet pressure on the well nut in order for it to help z-banding!
