I successfully created it from PLA without cooling, but cooling is recommended.
I enabled support material generation in Slic3r with default settings.
Lock it with a piece of wire or an M3 screw.
A-Ring inner diameter is 4.8cm, tube inner diameter is 3 cm, tube inner lenght is around 6 cm.

Just scale it to a larger size if needed
