Sand V1 - Stand-Alone Direct Nema extruder

A standalone direct extruder that works without carriage. I tried to keep the estruder as simple as possible, the assembly is very quick.
So far is designed to work with jhead hotend, but i'll extend the compatibility to others under request! I redesigned the belt tension system (picture 5) to make it easyer, if you have some troubles or suggestions let me know!
Designed in Fusion360, added the F3D and step files but i can export in many formats.

Components needed:

• Printed parts
• 2x M4 screws (For the right at least 30mm, for the small bearing 18mm)
• 7x M3 screws
• 1x small bering for filament.stl
• 2x M4 nuts
• 3x zipties
• 3x LM8UU or others linear bearings
• washers if necessary

For a better precision and strength print with 0.2 layer height. This is the first version, and the octopus is the first print :) In the next version i'll add 40mm fan mount! suggestions and critiques are welcome!

EDIT: I printed the screwless heart by emmett (fourth picture) with 50mm/s perimeters, 75 infill, .35 layer height with good result!
