Solution: Glowing villain sword for Supernaturals minions (1980s)

There was a series of hologram-based toys in the 80s, Supernaturals; 4 minion good guys, 4 minion bad guys, they were all a translucent shell with a hologram sticker on it, a rubber cloak over the shell, two hands going off the cloak, and a glowing sword.
This is the bad-guy sword. Anyone lose one, want to print a new one? I can't do anything about it glowing, but maybe there's a plastic or a paint that can help with that aspect.

Never quite got the blade right - I can't figure out how to pocket it in that many dynamic dimensions at once as it gets near the tip (I'm pocketing down a block from two sides and the base), but it's close enough for a practice model that nobody requested.
