Summary

This is a cup and ball toy I created for the MakerEdChallenge. after printing all the objects, you can simply add 1 meter of string through the pre designed holes and its ready to go. Enjoy

I printed the ball with a raft just to avoid it rolling away mid print, but other than that the cup and handle printed really easily.</p></div>

How I Designed This

I designed this using Onshape. (A 3D design software) I built every piece individually and then put them all together in an assembly built into the software to ensure that it worked before printing it out.

            <div><p>Objectives:</p><p>The objective in this Project is to play with the toy and have fun learning about 3d design and assembling different parts within the software to learn how to test your objects before you print them. </p><p>Audiences: From grade 5 - 6.</p><p>Preparation: None</p><p>Results:<br>-The kids will be introduced into a 3d modelling software and have a basic understanding of how some of the basic tools are used including how to move around a 3d model.<br>-Assesment: Is the child able to construct a 3d model? is the child able to assemble the different parts within the software?<br>-Fun way to learn about 3d modelling and design.</p></div>
