Mounting parts for bike's rear mudguard

One day i bought cheap mudgards for my son's bike, but could not pin one of them...
Clearity, damned BMX doesn't need any mudgards, but my wife thinks otherwise...
So i did this.
Assembling with 2 screws 4x20 with hex nuts and 2 screws 6x12 with hex nuts.
Should i take a photo of assembled stuff?
