X-Carve/Shapeoko 2 upgrade endstops

Two simple brackets for the Inventables X-Carve or a Shapeoko 2 upgrade.

A bracket to hold a micro-switch for the Z axis's home, allowing the Z carriage to come up to it. And one to allow the X and Y axis's stop to be adjusted, allowing the carriage to stop before colliding with any mechanical elements.

Big holes should take a 5mm bolt. Z axis stop made for a 9.5mm centres micro-switch mount.

Marked as 'work in progress' because more brackets and parts may be added as the machine is played with. But the first two parts work fine.
