Instructions

I have not printed it yet, but my first attempt would be without support on a FDM machine. It could be printed on a SLS machine also.

I combined two models in Netfabb Professional 5 using a Boolean add operation. I then reduce the triangle count by half and used the Netfabb wrap function to create a manifold model with one shell. Obviously, with all the surface it has a ton of triangles even when decimated in half.

Feel free to decimate it further, add supports at vertical edges, or trim to get rid of hanging pieces.
