Summary

Update! Warning! Not for CO2 Laser cutters! The foam is made of a version of VINYL which is deadly to lasers. R.I.P. my first laser tube. ;-(

A simple 9-inch flyer made out of craft foam and pennies in the ring for heft.
Fast to cut, easy to assemble, and incredibly fun to play with.
I have a video, but 3GP is not supported, sorry.

                    <br>                        <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong>                    </p><div><p>!!  Be sure to delete the ring of holes for the outside sheets !!</p><p>Those holes are for the pennies between the sheets.</p></div>

Post-Printing

Assembly:

            <div><p>Minimum, cut one sheet with the holes, and two sheets without the holes.<br>Use tacky-glue, or a glue stick for flexibility with the holes being between the solid sheets, of course.<br>Be sure to glue the pennies to at least one of the solid sheets.</p><p>I offset the cutouts so that all three colors would show.  You can alter the design a bit by deleting every third wedge of cutouts, then assembling them with each color having their own wedge.</p></div>

Inspiration:

            <div><p>They sell foam flyers at the store where I work.  Frankly, I was not impressed with them for the price, so I decided to create my own version.  This is the result. :-)</p></div>

Custom Section

Customizing your flyers:

            <div><p>You can cut out more solid sheets for extra stiffness.<br>Colors and positioning are completely up to you.<br>The number of pennies is up to you to choose, perhaps with dome trial and error.  Maybe even heavier items like washers?</p></div>
