Thumbhole extruder gear

This is an extruder gear for a reprappro mendel which has a thumbhole (or fingerhole!) for quick winding.

It is much bigger than the standard gear but works fine. I've tried many different ways of attempting to make the winding mechanism easier but this is the best I've found so far.
