Summary

This is an X Carriage for a single QU-BD extruder. I have included the SCAD file though it is really a mess.

Instructions

This thing prints in two parts. Assembly should be obvious. The nut traps are all sized for the tiny nuts from Lowes. The nut trap for the belt tensioner is skinned over for printability. You will need to drill it out and clean it up. I used a hot soldering iron to set the nut. The parts for the nut trap are the same as the ones in my Y carriage so I did not include them in this file.

I used the holes in the fins between the bearings to mount my led ring.
