Summary

For feeding skeins of yarn for balling.

Instructions

Print 1 hub, 5 clamps and 1 jig. Do Not print arm_detail.
Cut five pieces of 15mm PE plumber's pipe. 33cm is just long enough for a 2m skein.
Use the jig to drill a 4mm hole through one end of each tube.
Chamfer the ends below the hole so they will move freely in the hub, as shown in arm_detail.
Join to the hub with pins - I cut down some 4mm dia nails. Note that the clearance between the hub arms is tight, so the pins must be just long enough and no more.
Mount on a 16mm dowel central spindle. Fit a heavy base, ot a table clamp. (I used the crown wheel from a landrover differential. you may not be able to get one of those so easily).
