Gaui X3 battery tray

After watching a video of a guy running his Gaui X3 with low head speed, I wanted to try my 6S Gaui X3 running on 3S. I did not have any extra battery clips however and didn't want to order more so I quickly modelled one in OpenScad. A short while later I had a perfectly fitting battery tray.

The one I printed was a slightly shorter version that I had to size to fit the bed on my Fabricator Mini. I wasn't happy with the support material added via Slic3r so I integrated the support material into the model. Simply print the model then use needle nose pliers to remove the supports. Use double sided tape to attach to the battery and add either velcro straps or fibre reinforced tape to fully secure it.

EDIT: Perhaps next time I should do a quick search before creating something "new". I just realized that there are 2 other similar models already. Oh well, I enjoy the process... lol
