Summary

It is a box to be sticked constantly with vera3 box for two puposes:

keep battery power always ready to be used
hold arduino gateway for the project described http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,16170.0.html

Instructions

all models were designed to be build without support, just use a right positioning before slicing

Make sure that holes are matching your parts. Put:

box001 bottom down. I use also small helper discs on 4 corners printing on Replicator 2
box002 face down
box003 and box004 standing left or right
box005 bottom down
do not print p6002.1_vera_gateway_sborka_001.STL :) printed circuit will not work :) it is just to show the final assembly

stick arduino nano and radio module into box001. I use self tapping screws for this (M1.2 you can see smallest black screws on one of the photo)
solder a few single wires between arduino and radio using this guide http://code.mios.com/trac/mios_arduino-sensor/wiki/ConnectingRadioModule
Put battery into the box001
heat and stick into the box star nuts M2 (8 peaces) from top and from bottom, heat and stick into box005 start nuts M3 (3 peaces)
screw box002 & box003 & box005 to box001
glue some some double glue tape to stick precisely (like on last photo, gray tape) to box003, box004, box005
stick to vera in a way that battery wires will be on a back side of vera3
screw M3x3 by tight box004 to the rest of the thing
connect USB from arduino to vera, battery to vera3, use two plastics sticks to stick wires to box001 (it has special holes on back side)
