My changes adapt this extruder to be used with a pinch wheel and a 10mm hotend from Reprap-fab.org that is fixed with a couple of M3 screws.

I have printed it in PLA and I have been printing with it for several hours now. Due to limitations of my drive, speeds below 45mm/s are reliable with this extruder.

One crash on the bed was able to deform the part a little bit though. I guess it may not last if used for printing ABS due to the higher temp involved.
