Ban hammer of the Mod's

I once wanted a ban hammer but no one made one.... now that i have the power to forge one i have done just that, taking DrBlackAdder thing # 24988, i didnt like how the words printed to i modifed the file a little to have the smaller words stand out while the word moderator sink in, also added a cap to the end of the shaft to finish it off a little better.

i printed this at 0.15mm res in PLA at 50mm speed, extruder at 218c and plate at 65c
th size that i printed this in was about 45mm by 70mm ish for the head itself...
as you can see i had a issue with the HBP arms warping while printing, i had to adjust the the aligment on the fly while it was printing. just today i got the sweet aluminum arms so that should not happen again
