Summary

I found that the support that comes in 'SirHa_Gehaeuse2.stl' is too thin for UP! (Denford, or Afinia) slicers. It's also too thick, and stops the slicers from generating support properly.

So, I loaded it into Netfabb and removed the support, ready for printing.
