Summary

This upgrades the Orca 0.3 Y-Axis with linear bearings.

The bars need to be in a slightly different place, just make sure they're parallel to the side. (Also make sure that the 'frog' isn't pointing uphill. (This happens if the bars aren't far enough apart.

Instructions

Print stl for correct bearing type.
Print stl 'changed parts'

Push the bearings into the holders.

Replace clamp parts, which are now shorter, (stl includes tensioning parts)

This requires two extra mounting holes for the single bearing part, a new mounting hole for the opto-flag and the orca 0.4 y-opto sensor mount http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21339

The bar holders are shorter as the frog will hit the standard height ones, this means that they are not symmetric anymore, (one side is 2mm from edge of hole to edge, other is 4mm).

Put bars through holders, and tighten to the frog.

DIMENSIONS included in jpeg. (for double bearing idler. for single bearing idler, add 3.5mm to centre dimension.)

-Update v2- Now includes new holes (requires drilling of frog) and nut traps for retaining bolts on top of bed (one-hand tightening) and bearing will stick out of part slightly (previous ones came loose after a while, and no amount of tightening solved it. So now new holes (central to bearings, as opposed to on the edge of each).
