3D Print Any Protein!

The RCSB Protein Databank is an incredibly powerful resource for up-to-date protein structures. Now you can take that X-ray crystallography data and 3D-print the structure!

I've included stl files for some proteins I made using the steps described in the downloadable 'How to 3D Print Proteins' guide.
it's super easy, and can be a very useful study tool!

Proteins included here:

  • Human oxyhaemogloubin
  • Elongation Factor-Tu
  • Saccharomyces invertase (recent nobel prize)
  • phenylalanine tRNA
