RepRapPro E3D Hotend Holder

A holder for the E3D Hotend, which can be mounted on the RepRapPro x-carriage.

The 40mm Fan can be mounted on the front.
You will need a 5mm thread cutter for the bowden tube and a 3mm one (some holes has to be drilled first).
