Victorian Hurricane Lamp

Needed a shatter resistant hurricane lamp for a stage production. This is what I came up with. Fully assembled, lamp stands about 21" tall. I had some printer problems when it came time to make the shade, so I improvised with a plastic punch bowl, but I uploaded the file for the shade in the rendering.

All made with the Makerbor Replicator 2 with PLA plastic- white and natural- then painted with spray paint where appropriate.
