Parametric replacable high-heel shoe surface

As my wife's demands for new surfaces increases, I have parameterized the last design.
Now you can just measure the heel after grinding off the old wear and put measurements into the code.
It is work in progress, as I intend to buildin more variations, but the current code does what is described above.
