Porsche sunroof clip

I'm tired of replacing this clip or ramp from the sunroof in my 911. Although its cheap to replace I thought I might try making one so I can at least get an "emergency" repair done immediatley.

Its printed in 2 halves without the holes. You have to print with 100% fill and superglue them together. Then drill the holes with 3mm dia and 3.5mm dia bits. My printer would not print the holes accurately. I think in ABS this is easily as strong as the original - in fact a little more flexible so maybe stronger overall.

I have revised this slightly to better match the original part. I have also fitted it up and it works perfectly - video also enclosed. Enjoy!
