3mm Laser-cut Dragon (2 sheet, 72cm long)

I rescaled the 1mm version to 3mm plus an extra 4% to make the pieces fit. I fitted it over exactly two sheets of fluorescent perspex for laser cutting. It was a very tight fit. The total length is 72cm. Photos taken under UV.

Update:
Due to multiple requests, I have added a correctly scaled "Dragon 3mm + 4%.svg". Unfortunately it isn't nicely spanned over two sheets (which is very tight), but you could easily fit it over 3 sheets of various colours if you want to.

I have also designed a base for the dragon to stand in and makes it a bit more sturdy. It consists of the main base and a smaller piece that supports the front right leg and slots into the base. Be sure to cut this piece from clear perspex. The base and support piece are shown in one of the pictures.

I have also added LED strips that take this dragon to a new level of awesome.

To assemble, I have found the best method is to use super glue, but be sure to have a fan blowing on it or the gas will condense and form frost marks on the perspex surface.
