Cisco 7900 series phone fix

This is to fix a problem with the Cisco 7900 phones not adjusting the height. Over time an internal plastic part starts to fail and snaps off as you can see from the pictures.

Instructions:

1. remove back of phone (4 screws are holding it on and a set up clips at the top)
2. remove the center locking peace
3. remove the broken plastic part
4. put the wedge in place at the top
5. put the locking peace back in
6. re-attach the back of the phone
